The Gibsonia site followed up, and we rescheduled for this past Friday, July 7th. It didn’t take long for the visor tint install to be completed. A lady in the waiting room with me was addressed and given an offer to go out and check the work done on her car.So, when I was up, naturally, I expected the same offer. Nope, that didn’t occur. I just thought they didn’t stress to offer a visual check for visor tinting. The visor tint was fine, but my my transmitter for my remote starter/ security system was left, just dangling down. No one mentioned that it was not secured to an alternative location or that it couldn’t be reattached. I’m on thefence about giving Blackout Tinting another chance. In the meantime, I’ll contact them and see how we can rectify this minor but major issue. I am sure they wouldn’t have left their own car like this.EDIT: So, all is well, and the issue has been resolved! I was contacted by Blackout Tinting and made aware that Luke would be contacting me, and sure enough, that was the case. He apologized and asked how we could rectify the situation and reiterated what he mentioned in my voice mail. He set up a time to meet up with one of his staff members. But then change it to him coming out and doing the work himself to be sure that it was done properly and to my liking! !! Luke made the trip into Pgh from Gibsonia Pa to accommodate me and fix my problem! He could have just stuck with meeting me halfway or having me come back out to the shop. But he went above and beyond to make it right! !! So, I’ll be adjusting my review from a four ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review to a five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review! From my first call to Latrobe talking with Issac who directed me to Luke in Gibsonia my experience has been nothing short of perfect. The customer service was outstanding, offering a rental at first, but squeezing me in as I had gone away for a week and taking care of it then. Luke explained every step of the process and texted me pictures throughout the coating. I had even asked to remove a factory decal on the hood and they were able to with perfect precision. When I picked up the vehicle, please trust me when I say pictures did not do this process or place justice, I was completely blown away at the mere sight of my Jeep and how perfect it looked.
